by day and then the year; a sequence
that generates the error during
the registration process. We use

Our systems follow the more universal
format which we hope you can get
accustomed to. For example, if you
were born on the 24th July 1975,
please enter the (dd/mm/yyyy) format;
as in 24/07/1975. Not 07/24/1975!

long is the warranty period?
Warranty if
specified, is generally 6-12 months
genuine warranty from the original
manufacturer from the date of purchase.
Warranty cards/ applications will
be filed and detachable portions
submitted accordingly with your
own details immediately upon purchase.
Warranties are now in the form of
applications by manufacturers. Team
Digital's efficiency shortens wait
time for approval and also in the
event of warranty claims when you
send back the unit to us when issued
with a RA# number.
What
does the warranty cover?
Warranty protects
you as the consumer from factory
faults, e.g. defective parts used
in their manufacturing, faulty mechanism,
irregular behavior within specific
period of use. It does not cover
user faults, e.g. drops, severe
pressure, exposure to extreme temperatures,
or tampering. To prevent abuse,
service centers may impose charges
for warranty claims that are found
to be users fault. Claims are only
assessed by professionally trained
technicians in the manufacturer's
service centre.
How
can I claim waranty service?
To facilitate
a warranty claim for service, please
email us with your product model,
serial number and item condition/
fault and Order ID. We will retrieve
the rest from your order details
and update you on how to send back
to us if we issue an RA# number.
Packages without this number will
be rejected. Postage and any form
of handling is standard self-absorbed
by customer as with your local retailers.

I still get help if warranty has
expired?

else. At Team Digital, you may also
