Why do I need to register an account?
Your Team Digital account provides you with additional features and conveniences. Your account allows you to store billing and shipping addresses, and you'll only need to enter this information once. This information helps us to package and ship your order to you accurately. It also stores order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your Team Digital account. Do not register false details as it will affect us and you, and such actions only cause un-necessary misunderstandings!

When you login, you can find features useful to you, such as order status checking, so you can check to see if your order has been shipped, as well as ordering tracking if shipped via courier, so it definitely helps you.

I get errors with my Date of Birth!
Team Digital is a world friendly shopping store, serving many happy customers from quite a long list of countries every day. We understand that customers from some countries, such as US and CA, may have a different format for the entry of date. You would usually enter the month, followed by day and then the year; a sequence that generates the error during the registration process. We use this data simply to serve you better. For regular customers, we may have a birthday surprise for you!

Our systems follow the more universal format which we hope you can get accustomed to. For example, if you were born on the 24th July 1975, please enter the (dd/mm/yyyy) format; as in 24/07/1975. Not 07/24/1975!

How safe is my personal details?
Your personal information when registered with us, is securely kept for our reference use in accurately shipping your order and formulating loyalty promotions. Team Digital does not process your credit card payments by ourselves too. We do not need your intimate credit card details and prefer not to. The payment processors we use, such as PayPal and Moneybookers; are world rated, used by millions and definitely as safe or if not safer than your physical use of credit card in paying for a restaurant meal!

How do I pay for my purchases?
Payments for purchases are easily arranged by the options most convenient to you. We advise you via email swiftly, if you request suggestions based on our experience of shipping to your country. Team Digital aims to minimize wait time, and packages every order at our 24 hours warehouse, immediately on checkout. Our crew processes your order with payment details within 24 hours. Orders are then shipped earliest possible, upon cleared receipt of payment.

Which payment method should I choose?
Naturally, choose the one that is most convenient to you! Firstly, come to a decision before starting your shopping. Do not select payment methods you are not sure of, it only causes confusion to us when processing your order! If you have not shopped online before, or have not used ANY of the available payment methods, you can contact our friendly staff. That happens everyday at our 24 hours warehouse, so that we can ship out immediately when payment is cleared. Import tax, duties or custom's charges?
STANDARD with ANY store outside your country, these additional fees may be payable, and they are not collected or controlled by any party besides a country's customs department. With a strong daily experience, we have maintained a nice record of hassle free shipping to our own customers. There are unique ways to best avoid hassles and any additional costs to you, by applying our expertise in packaging and shipping to any country worldwide.

How will you pack my order?
Team Digital has extremely experienced packers. Every item in your package is accounted for, each individually gift wrapped (free!) like a present to you, and well padded against any shocks or vibrations the package may undergo during it's journey to you! Our packing is free because we do not charge handling, but it is professional enough to ensure you receive it safe and complete.

Products sold by Team Digital, are electronics, or related. We have daily experience on how to protect them from any damages before you receive and open your package happily! Can you report it as a GIFT?

How fast is shipping?
We ship really fast, when payment is received. To get your package the fastest, do choose **EMS** Courier or DHL shipping if available for your country. Shipments leave Singapore in the shortest time, it's only the ground transportation issues in your country that can sometimes delay movement a little. In addition, customs screening at some heightened periods of tension in your country, could cause slight delays in the delivery of your package.

How long is the warranty period?
Warranty if specified, is generally 6-12 months genuine warranty from the original manufacturer from the date of purchase. Warranty cards/ applications will be filed and detachable portions submitted accordingly with your own details immediately upon purchase. Warranties are now in the form of applications by manufacturers. Team Digital's efficiency shortens wait time for approval and also in the event of warranty claims when you send back the unit to us when issued with a RA# number.

What does the warranty cover?
Warranty protects you as the consumer from factory faults, e.g. defective parts used in their manufacturing, faulty mechanism, irregular behavior within specific period of use. It does not cover user faults, e.g. drops, severe pressure, exposure to extreme temperatures, or tampering. To prevent abuse, service centers may impose charges for warranty claims that are found to be users fault. Claims are only assessed by professionally trained technicians in the manufacturer's service centre.

How can I claim waranty service?
To facilitate a warranty claim for service, please email us with your product model, serial number and item condition/ fault and Order ID. We will retrieve the rest from your order details and update you on how to send back to us if we issue an RA# number. Packages without this number will be rejected. Postage and any form of handling is standard self-absorbed by customer as with your local retailers. We save your time and assist you throughout, so you can continue use of your unit!

Can I still get help if warranty has expired?
In most cases, you certainly can! Team Digital sells highly sophisicated products, electronics made by stringently selected manufacturers known for quality control and consistency. They usually maintain some spare parts even after 1-3 years of the product's launch. With Team Digital bridging you and the manufacturer, you enjoy a much faster service and we are able to check the availability of service, spares or related on your behalf.

Help for item purchased elsewhere?

How easy can ordering be?

This is a standard shopping cart. Just register your TD account, login and start by adding the items into your cart. Follow the pink buttons towards checkout when you are decided. Orders are packaged immediately at checkout, and our crew processes your order within 24 hours. We treat every order seriously, and will process in the shortest time possible according to queue.

Who processes my order?
Only Team Digital crew, will have access to your account and order details. Our authorised personnel will process your online order, send you payment details and assist you towards payment. After that, you can just await receiving our updates on shipping of your order. Local orders are processed separately, towards local interbank payment and domestic delivery.

What is your policy for refunds?
Fairly, Team Digital will refund or credit you if the product is ever dead on arrival (D.O.A), reported to us within 3 days of your receipt. Being a store that is known for proper business conduct, it is against our own policy to ship any used or tampered items. We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we cannot refund if you indecisively change your mind. We respect the fact that you confirm the order responsibly as an adult.

Only brand new, original and not tampered products are found here at Team Digital. Just like you, it is definitely fair that every customer expects brand new merchandise, not paying for someone else's return unit which has been opened or used in any way before.

Invoice sent together with shipment?
The original invoice for your purchase(s) is does not get shipped together with your order. It is stored inside your Team Digital account, accessed only by you. By logging into your Team Digital account, simply click "Orders History ", " List All " and you can view the invoice(s). You are also able to print or download the invoice for your use at anytime. For your own convenience, the shipment will only contain a necessary customs invoice. You would also receive a copy of your invoice via email, once the order is completed.

Order as a Gift, or presents?
You can order as a gift or presents to someone else. At Team Digital, you may also purchase gift certificates of any value by contacting our friendly Customer Service first. It is also possible to purchase items as a gift or present to someone else, just state clearly the person's full name, the exact message you like us to write on the gift wrapping. We will do the rest! If shipping address is different, please rememebr to change it in your profile.

Due to very popular demand, you can also buy a greeting card ( select from Happy Birthday, Get Well Soon, Happy Anniversary, Congratulations ). Just state the person's name, your message, and the card type in "Special Instructions " box during your checkout. We will add just 1.80 EUR per card to your ordered total, all gift wrapping is free and the recipient will be smiling when received.
